I 've always made it my practice not to "pay myself" till someone actually books thier gift certificate to get tinted so I don't have that "feeling of working for free" , problem is..sometimes people have waited for months B4 cashing them in (at least for me.) I decided this yr (since January is always slow) to make up a coupon to staple to the Gift Certificate saying : " Free film cleaner if redeemed in January. I sold 14 gift certificates this yr...all but 1 has phoned to book already !! to me..it's worth the cost of a cleaner to just hand over effortlessly if it means they book it in one of my slowest months Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
