I've heard very little about this. How much does a whole setup cost?

That's all we need is for something like this to become inexpensive, then everyone will want it. Talk about taking the art away from tinting, we'll be doing full glass installs when it comes to tinting.

It's bad enough that so many vehicles come standard with factory tint (which no one realizes does very little compared to film in regards to UV light) and we get so many front window tints only. And then when they do leave it untinted and bring it to us, I swear to god the factory tries to think of ways to give us speed bumps in our profession. Not that most aren't easlily conquered, but still.

The films you are talking about is not the same as what are used to using. It is a film coating that is laminated between panes of glass. It is not out in the enviroment like our after market product.

I have been on their mailing list for over five years and all I see is them signing on new people to either make the product or laminate it into glass. Nothing for our industry.

I do not see something that we can use for years to come.

Also, it is very expensive.
