who needs LIGHT??

ok folks..check this out, remember when mdog posted the pic of his halogen on a tint box in the back seat of a car?? well, it's an awesome idea, BUT...I don't like the halogens due to the heat so I've been on a mission to find a fluorescent... and if I knew how to post a link here, I'd share it, but here's how to find it, go to google, type "52 watt fluorescent work light" and click on the one that says bob vila...its a red craftsman....this damn thing is bright as hell, and when used in accordance with mdog's "instructions" lights up the world. so there you go..if someone knows how to post a link, please do so everyone can benefit from this, but beware, on sears' website, the light is 60 bucks, I checked availability at my store, they had it, so I went to get it, and it was 10 bucks cheaper. anyhow, have fun. :rollin

I have one of those florescent lights I got it at lowes, it was around 30 bucks. more of a pure whitl light thatn a halogen, and way cooler, I know what you mean, those halogens could set a car on fire :rollin

yes, the craftsman light that the link points to is the one I got, and its DA BOM..I love that damn thing....it works great for double cutting quarter windows too WOO HOO

man I remember when I first started I need a light for 35. now I only use it with limo ar 20 with dark interior. but that crafstman looks like it will be my new light

the craftsman one is the s**t when coupled with a tint box on the back seat.....it's just a little too big for sitting on most rear decks...and for doing quarter windows, like on 98 civics and such, put it on the 'armrest'/center console and point towards the window, and you can double cut them....its the FATTEST thing since uhh....draft beer?? hell I dunno, but it's great. :beer
