Tinted this one couple months ago. The rear passenger glass looks like this. Different from other side. I guess it changes colour when it hit the sun ? Is that normal ceramic tint though.

I recently tinted a 2023 range rover velar, I may have took the seal out a little bit too aggressive, when putting it back one of the clips isn't allowing the rubber back in ! I'm wondering if I'm just putting in wrong or it's absolutely broken and I need to replace it ! thanks

Has anyone tinted one of these as yet? I had one the other day and the front door windows were as per the previous models but the rear doors were a different ball game all together. I removed the inner door handle screw pulled the top part of the door card away from the inner weather strip but could not remove the weather strip in its entirety as it was part of the window guide that sits around the channel. Some tinters say that you have to cut the inner weather strip at either ends to allow you to remove it separately but I was wondering if there was another way or better option without halving to cut this strip? Any feedback wo…

Are the roof windows on the Discovery tintable? I've tried with no luck... The last one I did, the guy went around town to see if they can be tinted other than painting or vinyl.

Have one sitting in the shop for tomorrow. Never tinted one of these and the owner has another that he wants to have done, along with his Denali and posssibly his Porsche boxer. (must suck to be rich) Has anyone done one of these, and are there any surprises? The owner want me to tint all the visible glass so it looks like it came from the factory, but the outside edge of the glass goes in about 3/4 of an inch from the inside felt/rubber. I'm sure I will figure it out, but some helpful hints would be good!! Thanks

Tinted one of the new range rovers last week, I pulled the panels at the top and removed the rubber gasket to install and put it back after installation, however on all of the door panels I have found that that where the panel meets the gasket there is a slight gap that was not there before, the panel is fully on and I have taken I completly off its on all of them so there must be a problem. I have got to sort it out cuz the customer is going off his head. Also, I had a few problems with the back window, even though it is really easy when I came to install the plastic moulding purtrudes and as you install it touches the film and you get contam. I didn't really want to …

Got a 2002 Range Rover boked in. Not had one of these in before had the model before, pulled the rear door panals, on those (no problems) and removed the upper internal rubber seal/gasket on the top of the doors. Where are the fixings for the rear door card on the 2002 model (havent looked at one close up), and does the upper internal seal pull off like the earlier one? Or can the film be slide in? Thanks Guys

I wanted to get my two front sides done on my Range rover but I'm in NY and 70% is the limit. I'm thinking about pushing 50% or lighter. I just didn't want to spend my money and get 70% and it ends up looking like a clear window on the car. Thanks in advance.

Hello folks I am pretty new to Car window tinting, mostly I have just done Flat glass, rears on light commercials etc, I have a customer who wants his new shape Rangerover doing, he is already a customer of mine for Signs and Graphics and I would like to keep him happy. I have been in the business of applying pressure sensitive vinyl for over 15 years now without any major problems and very high customer satisfaction, I started selling window films mainly the clear shatter resist type in 95, and have fitted these and black out/privacy films to various large plate glass windows, I also do a lot of window graphics, I know about various techniques for application and own a…
