Ok, did one of these today, took me 35min joke Right, Door panels easy removal, 2 small torx, One on the b piller side of the door pannel, cant miss it, sticks out with no cover on, one in the door pull where the electric window button is, this one is covered.... Undo the 2 torx, and pulll, gasset then just falls off... Easy fit ment.... Make sure the drop is heated fooking well, cos when the gasket is on there, its uber tight, and if its not dry, it will bring the film up when the drop goes up and down, so remember this when cutting that the film sits well below the gasket, so no edges skag. Rear screen, easy, had alot of static on it, but easy, nice clean easy ins…

Hi guys, New to this forum but run a tint shop in NW England called Unit 8 performance products and need a little help on a Peugeot 306. Now normally this doesnt create a problem but this particular car has a large rear spoiler bonded to the top of the rear screen which means that I cant get the film to to the top of the film to shrink it Does anyone have any pointers on this as the car is in on Monday morning so need to be sure of the method before then. Thanks in advance for any help you can give. Kind Regards, Stevie Unit 8 www.unit-8.co.uk

these cars are identical when it comes to their glass! I do the rear window in 2 pieces as the bottom of the glass has a nasty curve that produces some wide 'fingers' I'm still learning to dry shrink! side rear windows are so much easier if you take them out! very easy, each window is held on by 3 torx screws take them out,lay glass flat, tint cut out the holes for the screws to go thru then leave to dry so when you put the back windows in and tighten the screws you wont grip the film and twist it off! remeber not to tighten too much! :booga
